International System Strategies (ISS) was started in 1988 by it's principle founder and chief IT solutions architect, Clayton Bell.

Prior to ISS, Clayton was employed with AT&T as a internal network solutions manager and also with Du Pont Chemical as a software developer. Clayton holds a Bachelors degree in Management Sciences from the University of Tulsa and a Masters degree in Computer Science from Clark Atlanta University.
